Dr. Charita Arcangel Delos Reyes is a Professor of History and Chair of the Department of History and Philosophy, College of Social Sciences, University of the Philippines Baguio. She was a recipient of Fulbright Visiting Scholar grants at The Elliott School of International Affairs, Sigur Center for Asian Studies at The George Washington University, Washington D.C. in 2011-2012, a Fulbright Senior Advanced Research Program awardee at The University of Maryland at College Park in 2017-2018. She received an Academic Sharing Grant from the Center for Southeast Asian Studies at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor in 2017. Her research interests include the history of education, institutional history, local history, urban history, women’s history, and social and cultural history.
